Our linking Policy
     If you want to link your repeater or cross-band into the GRA, feel
free to do so and experiment without having to explicitly asks for
permission. We ask that you honor these request when you do so.

        The machine that links to GRA must,

	* Have PL on RX.
 	* Have PL on TX and gated either with loss of COR or RX PL.
	* Have a post activity time out for link of 10 minutes or
	  less of their repeater input.
	* Have made the commands for bringing up and down the link
	  public knowledge.
	* Announce verbally when you bring up the link.
